Job Description
Solar Philippines is looking for Sales professionals to plan, direct and control the sales activities of the company’s regional sales to increase revenue through new account acquisition. He / She will develop strategic selling initiatives for existing and new products and services to maximize profitability and market share.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify target prospect accounts and successfully acquire new businesses across market segments.
- Develop, plan and execute effective strategies to build key relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations from initial introduction to best pitch to win the business.
- Conduct negotiations to reach agreements on commercial contracts.
- Attend conferences and trade-shows to find new leads and accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in sales and / or marketing function.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
- Able to hit targets and tap new clients in order to boost performance.
- Strong networking and collaborative skills.
- Excellent track record in sales negotiations and closing skills.
- Strong sales planning and execution skills.
- Strong pipeline management skills.
- Ability to communicate in the local language is a plus.
