Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Review contracts and sales price offer;
  • Monitor assigned commercial accounts and provide project construction timeline, catch up plans, facilitate Project kickoffs with stakeholders;
  • Implement results and collect project revenues;
  • Conduct fieldwork and customer-facing tasks as needed;
  • Perform other tasks relevant to order fulfillment;
  • Coordinate and provide efficient, cost-effective strategies for the fulfillment of commercial accounts;
  • Ensure all processes are aligned with existing company policies and government regulations;
  • Analyze data and identify red flags and make recommendations to Senior Managers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to gain insight and direction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant business course
  • At least 2 years in Sales or Sales Coordinator;
  • Has knowledge in the power industry (generation, distributions, and sales);
  • Knowledge in construction processes, revenue collection;
  • Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study, and process balancing;
  • Ability to interface with program management, sales, customer, and functional leads;
  • Provide daily direction and guidance to junior associates and management;
  • Advanced experience using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
