UX Designer

As a User Experience Designer, you will have the unique opportunity to transform and shape how our customers interact with our products. You will conduct user research to derive insights, construct user journeys, refine wireframes, and work closely with product owners and engineers to design effective and efficient software solutions.

Be responsible

• We want you to conduct user research to derive insights.
• We want you to conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve our products.
• We want you to generate user flows, wireframes, personas using analytics to test assumptions.
• We want you to approach design from a user’s perspective, listening to users and balancing their needs alongside business goals and technical capabilities.
• We want you to work cross-functionally with design, product owners, engineering and marketing.
• We want you to translate qualitative and quantitative test results into actionable business insights.
• We want you to run design sprints, sketch ideas and build wireframes that can be validated against customers.

Be skilled

• You shall be experienced in user research and usability testing.
• You shall understand the principles of user experience design.
• You shall have strong communication skills.
• You shall be great in articulate the value of a design choice.
• You shall understand analytics data and use that to improve design flaws.
• You shall be able to distill abstract ideas into concrete implications for design.
• You shall be passionate about problem solving through design.
• You shall have understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.

• Atl east 3 to 5 years technical experience
• Has experience working on a financial tech. company and/or same industry
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
