Job Description
Training - Communications Manager
Manage Content Development
- Designs and develops course content.
- Reviews and rewrites course content ensuring effectiveness of training modules.
- Manages the work of team members ensuring timely review and delivery of examined learning materials.
Collaborate to Implement Training Plans
- Establishes clear definition of roles, responsibilities and expectations when collaborating with others.
- Delivers assigned tasks as agreed.
Manage Performance and People Development
- Plans, monitors, appraises, reviews job performance, handle professional development of team members.
- Coaches, counsels and enforces policies and procedures among team members, directly resolves performance concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Degree in Communication, Education or related Field
- With a minimum of 4 years’ experience in content write-up and proofing
- With work experience in creating training course content
- Experience in instructional design a strong advantage
- Experience in handling and organizing corporate events or functions an advantage.
