Guest Relations Representative (SM Prestige) | Batangas

Job Description

  • Attends promptly to requests/queries of Prestige members and guests
  • Maintains records of Prestige member's interactions through incident reports (complaints/feedback)
  • Implementation of Prestige Lounge house rules
  • Monitors and process orders for Prestige Lounge consumables
  • Maintains cleanliness and monitors maintenance of the Prestige Lounge/backroom areas
  • Ensures proper hand-over of customer's left-behind personal items to CRO
  • Efficiently coordinates with all offices in The SM Store as well as Head Office relating to Prestige Lounge operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or at least 2-year diploma holder will be considered
  • Proficient in English both spoken and written
  • With pleasing personality
  • Internship or with background working in customer service industry is an advantage
  • Computer literate and/or Microsoft Office proficient
  • Willing to work flexible/long hours
