Job Description
Manage key performance measures of the assigned zone & execution of training programs & courses
- MANAGE IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAINING
Facilitate training programs for Managers & below; manage execution of follow-through activities - MANAGE TEAM TO ADDRESS TRAINING REQUIREMENTS OF THE BUSINESS
Manage the team to ensure timely & quality execution of learning solutions; develop & customize courses - FORM IMPLEMENTATION WORK TEAMS
Identify & form teams to execute teambuilding activities & help in the teambuilding efforts - MANAGE EXECUTION OF TRAINING ACTIVITIES DURING BRANCH OPENING
Manage smooth execution of training activities related to branch opening; prepare training reports to management - MONITOR TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION STANDARDS
Check consistency of compliance to Training
Implementation standards
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the field of training and development (adept in development and design of learning programs, facilitation and implementation of training courses and evaluation)
- With a minimum 1 year experience in a senior manager capacity
- Good track record of leading teams and or individuals
- Able to manage projects, collaborate and create healthy business partnerships with clients
- Possess a high standard of work ethics
- A very good communicator and team player
- Purpose driven and people oriented
- Innovative and is able to manage and thrive within volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous situations within the workplace
- Must be willing to travel locally, primarily within the Visayas region
