Job Description
Job Summary
The IT Branch Support acts as the main IT support for onsite related services wherein they are responsible for meeting the target service level agreement committed and provides excellent customer satisfaction. This includes requests like desktop repair, IT hardware checking, CCTV equipment and IT-related support to branch users.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Resolves all tickets assigned on time to meet and exceed the agreed SLAs, includes incident and service request
- Answers queries raised from various channels, including email, phone call, chat or through the system
- Adheres with the assigned onsite support schedules
- Observes frequent issues raised and provides recommendations for a workaround or permanent solutions
- Submits service reports for an onsite visit
- Utilizes excellent customer service skills to exceed customers’ expectations
- Accomplishes all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- Over 1 year of relevant work experience
- IT-related OJT is a plus
- Other Skills/Competencies Required:
- Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other IT equipments
- Able to create instruction manuals and meaningful documentation
- Knowledgeable in using an ITSM ticketing software
- ITIL v.3 certification is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen to detail to avoid errors and probable loss
