Job Description
The Timekeeping Associate is responsible for keeping accurate record iof employee's time at work.
Responsibilities:
- Assigns badge number and enroll to the attendance system newly hired employees
- Checks and processes employees' attendance, meal allowances, overtime, and adjustment
- Monitors vacation and sick leaves.
- Assists employees concern to discrepancies on actual and recorded attendance
- Monitors non-compliance to daily attendance monitoring
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No work experience required
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
