Job Description
Provide excellent customer service solutions to users pertaining to PC technical problems
Provide clear inbound communication through telephone technical support
Identify the problems of the customers quickly and precisely
Able to give clear and concise instructions and must have good customer service orientation
Minimum Qualifications
- Should be at least 18 years old and above
- Should have a Bachelor’s Degree or have attended/completed at least 2nd year College from any course or 2 years of a Vocational Program
- Should be Filipino citizens or have a relevant residence status
- Should be confident to communicate in English
- Customer service-oriented and highly technical
- Solid problem solving and management skills
- In depth understanding of computer components such as Hard Drives, Modems, Network card, Motherboard, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot highly complex technical problems using standard troubleshooting procedures
- Willing to work on graveyard, shifting schedules, and holidays
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
