PR & Communications Executive  

The PR & Communications Executive will be responsible to develop and execute communication strategy, programmes and editorial content to drive key messages across external stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strategy, create and plan integrated communications within a broader scope of the company.

Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting strategy, planning and execution of external communications.
• Building and implementing plans for external communications, site networking and cross-functional relationships.
• Creating messaging and materials for initiative-based and regular, ongoing communications, including key messaging to be readily understood by stakeholders.
• Raising public awareness and positively influence public opinion about SIRCLO through various Public Relations activities, including but not limited to press release writeup, social media posting and events organising.
• Maintaining relationships with local media outlets and reporters; acting as SIRCLO’s spokesperson with the media.
• Supporting SIRCLO in their company-wide communications activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, draft and execute effective communications materials that support the business’ objectives.
• Drive consistency of messaging, and find creative ways to bring and connect company strategy and goals to communications.

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree, with a specialisation in the field of Journalism, Public Relations or Mass Communications.
• At least 2-years working experience in an agency, or in-house communications function. Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar capacity and demonstrate high potential can be considered.
• Ability to write excellent copy in English, with strong command of communications skills. A minimum score of TOEFL iBT® 80/IELTS™ 6,5/TOEIC® 800/TOAFL 550; if not available, the applicant’s proficiency in written and spoken English will be tested during the assessment period.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, ability to navigate and form effective relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute communication strategy and planning.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple assignments and detailed work within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
