Job Description
- Translating the biological and palm physiological phenomenon in oil palm research activity into mathematical/statistical formulation
- Develop data modeling and algorithms to process the multiple dataset such as climatology, GIS, breeding, agronomy, pest, and disease, laboratory.
- Construct a big data analysis using various machine learning/deep learning techniques to build predictive model outcome based on hypotesis.
- Prepare a scientific report and interpretation from the data modeling made.
Minimum Qualifications
- Maximum 31 years old.
- S1 in statistics/mathematics/data science, S2 takes priority.
- Good Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, Tableau and Python.
- Good understanding in data management, data mining and big data analyses.
- Good logical thinking, proactive, flexible and quick to adapt.
- Good communication in English both written and oral is a must.
- Experience in data science is a plus and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willing to be placed in plantation area (site location is at Desa Sam-sam, Kandis, Siak, Riau).
