Job Description
- Designing testing environment
- Testing the Agents works to ensure its within the guidelines and policy
- Provide training to Agents to align with the latest policy & procedures
- Regularly attend team meetings to discuss projects, idea brainstorming and put forward solutions to any issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 (two) years experience in Banking Fraud role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
