Job Description
- Greeting & screening employees for office WFO protocol at the building/entrance gate.
- Educate employees of protocol COVID-19, such as regular employee body temperature check, ensure employees implement physical distancing
- As a gatekeeper for the implementation of COVID-19 protocol in the office
- Counting the attendance of employees who attend the office.
- Coordinating with the Reception team and BM for office/Visitor access cards.
- Monitoring for a snack and drink supply at breakout/tea point.
- Reporting any potential hazard related to HSE
Minimum Qualifications
Age maximum 27 years old
- Candidate must have by minimum Diploma's degree from reputable university with background hospitality
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
- Able to speak english
- Strong communication,self-confident, a customer oriented and hospitable
- Good & pleasant grooming
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts
