Job Description
- Define and maintain documentation of the most current operational process to be used for training material
- Coordinate with HR onboarding team regarding the placement of newly-hired team members
- Train team members on the correct techniques required to perform their assigned job
- Ensure new Team Member understands and demonstrate the correct usage of work tools, best practices, do and don'ts
- Provide support for operations member who needs refresher training
- Document and support team member who have lower quality performance and strive to improve their performance status
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 years experience with implementation of Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, Manpower Management, or similar position
- Strong working knowledge of policies, procedures, and rules of operational process
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
