Job Description
- Development and creation of Training content/materials/manuals;
- Facilitation of training programs;
- Assistance on Training Needs and Analyses;
- Evaluation of Trainees and recommendations;
- Creation of Training Reports
Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent;

Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience;

Capable of creating traning manuals/modules for specific type/group of employees;

Computer literate particularly in MS Office Applications

Well-versed with English and Filipino languages

Good to excellent presentation skills
