Job Description
- Helping the team build the right shipping solutions for our customers
- Experimenting with different approaches for the product
- Managing the engineering team and helping raise the bar
- Improving our software development process to help us ship faster and better
Minimum Qualifications
- We have a Ruby on Rails + Postgres + Hasura (GraphQL) backend alongside a Next.js (React) front-end deployed on AWS. You will be helping out the team work on the codebase and helping develop, test, and ship out features.
- We’re a small team of designers and engineers on the product team and you will be involved in discussions starting from the spec requirements all the way down to doing code reviews to establish best practices.
- Must have good communication skills and able to translate tech language so that clear ideas come across through all teams tech and non tech.
