Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation, A/R and A/P reconciliation.
- Checking of reports such as Summary of Tax Certificates, Check disbursements, and other accounting reports.
- Checking of Credit Investigation for new clients.
- Filing and payment of taxes to BIR and other government payments such as SSS/Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
- Ensure compliance to BIR with regards to the submission of monthly/quarterly/annual requirements of summary lists and alphalist.
- Assist in the preparation of requirements for Annual BIR audit and Local government renewal of permit and licenses.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparation of documents for government compliance, and other accounting duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- With at least one (1) year relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a sense of accountability
- Have a keen eye for details
- Must be able to work well in a team
- Must be punctual at work
