Job Description
As Senior Software Engineer, you will be expected to:
- Develop frontend and backend systems of a product (creating, adding feature, improving etc.)
- Lead approximately 7 - 8 people in engineering team
- Maintain and develop team's performance by sharing knowldge and one-on-one session regularly
- Collaborate with Product team to identify and improve core products based on client's feedback and government regulation

Candidates must possess following criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Informatics/System Information/Computer Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience working in programming / developers
- Minimum 2 years’ experiences in PHP, Java, jQuery, CodeIgniter (CI)
- Mastering android/mobile programming is a plus
- Have strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
- Able work in teams, fast learners, flexible, and easy to learn new things
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
