UI UX Designer  

Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX designer to improve our customer and service provider journey. You will be envisioning the user flows of the product (web and mobile app), with a focus on continuous analysis and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, communicate and implement the digital user interface and experience
• Translate business, customer and service provider requirements into simple, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
• Create rich prototypes to demonstrate the user experience and interaction across multiple platforms
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developer - create visual templates, design style guide, digital assets and specs documents for developer's implementation guidance
• Work closely with the development team to implement high quality user interface design
• Apply and share best practices and latest trends update of user interface design
• Analyze user interface problems, conduct user interface testing and creating solutions that bridge user and business goals.

• A minimum of 2 years' UI/UX experience in conceptualising and creating user interface designs, creating large scale consumer application interfaces across desktop, mobile and app platforms.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong conceptual visual ability, with attention to detail and design aesthetic
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience at a startup or consumer internet company is a bonus
