Having started with an associate office in Sydney, Australia before transferring its base of operation to the Philippines, Seapac projects are supervised and managed using methods and procedures developed over years of windows and doors contracting in Australia. These useful experiences allow effective and economical management of projects, an edge over its competitors in the construction ranging from monumental to low budget projects.
