Job Description
- Lead and Opportunity Management - Collect project lead information from designer, architect, contractors, and project owner.
- Project Management - Increase sales through specifiers, coordinate with Dealer Sales to inform an opportunity in project sales, follow up progress of project construction and increase cross sales.
- Data Capturing and Report Preparation - Develop project database and provide the information to dealers and related parties; Relay lead project information to dealer sales; summarize construction situation and trend.
- Project Administration - Coordinate and organize events/activities such as Contractors seminar for Architects, Influences, Government and Project Owner.
Minimum Qualifications
- With leadership potential and able to work both independently and with a team.
- With very good customer relations.
- Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Young and aggressive with a positive outlook to achieve goals.
