Job Description
Geodetic Engineers/Surveyors conduct land evaluation and mapping. They perform all ancillary tasks concerning land acquisition. They monitor land acquisition progress and maintain related documents. They assist in the registration of acquired lands with government regulatory agencies. They conduct inspections and surveys of land to be acquired or already acquired. They also conduct initial negotiations with the land owners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Geodetic Engineering
- Must be knowledgeable in exploration and topographic survey and principles of applied geodeticy
- Must be proficient in the use of GPS
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with GIS mapping is an advantage
