Project Manager I SMITS Inc.  

The Project Manager will be responsible on the following tasks:

IT Project Management
• Manages projects within the planned scope, timetable and cost.
• Creates executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

IT Project Accounting
• Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Manages project budget.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate billing
• Analyzes project profitability, revenue and margins

Financial Management
• Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
• Understands our pricing model and billing procedures.
• Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
• Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.

• Graduate of any Business Administration course, with computer background
• Proficient in MS Office Suite/ Project Management Tools/ Methodology
• At least eight (8) years of solid experience in managing implementations of IT/Software projects
• Implemented at least ten (10) full-blown projects and proficient in Project and Delivery Execution
• Can handle multiple projects under different clients
• Can work on fast paced environment
• SAP consulting skills, SAP Project Management skills, SAP Change Management skills
• Has exposure with technologies like: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc.,
• PMP Certified is an advantage
