Job Description
- Work with applications development team to improve/develop product for customers;
- Responsible for the development and accuracy of user manual, development and delivery of training for both administrators and end users;
- Work closely with stakeholders in the UAT phase of the project and ensure necessary adjustments must be done to achieve desired results;
- Support the sales objective of the organization by arranging sales opportunities and presenting and explaining the technical specifications of the products and services as well as support in creating proposal and quotation based on the scope of the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any course. Preferably Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or other Information Technology related course;
- At least 5 years of ERP package implementation or as an end user in manufacturing companies;
- Must have 5-year experience in any or all the following fields:
• Enterprise Resource Planning software
• Visual C#, .Net, Java script programming
• Oracle, Infor, EBDs, QAD, SQL Server RDBMS
• Development Life Cycle
• Design and Building applications
