Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Promote a productive work atmosphere adhering to the company vision and mission statement
  • Execute business strategy in order to drive results and meet/exceed the financial goals the company sets for the venue
  • Create and enforce a culture of superior service
  • End of shift reporting
  • Oversees health standards, compliance, cash handling and loss prevention
  • Administrative work as requested by General Manager
  • Ensures all venue maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues are handled and resolved appropriately and immediately.
  • Acts as Manager on Duty for a specific period of time during each shift unless otherwise specified by General Manager
  • Responsible for setting all retail pars and making adjustments as needed
  • Ensuring proper accountability, corrective action, and follow-up for all retail sales associates in partnership with AGM
  • Conducting inventory and weekly ordering of all retail items
  • Creating action plans for replenishment and rotation of retail products
  • Ensuring all employees are knowledgeable about retail products, following sales scripts/initiatives, and driving retail sales
  • Coach employees daily around retail up-selling and add-ons
  • Ensuring Couture Pops are always a number one focus item ! Hiring of retail employees (as/if needed)
  • Identifying retail liabilities and creating action plans with the partnership of GM/AGM to move through product
  • Adjusting retail opening/closing/side-work procedures as necessary
  • Enforces all visual standards and oversees seasonal floor moves
  • Ensures all signage, prices, and ingredient labels are present and accurate
  • Analyzes customer and employee feedback around retail items and communicates with corporate around successes and opportunities
  • Minimize retail theft and damages. Send weekly damage reports to corporate managers
  • Work with Events Manager to order any retail/candy items requested for events and special occasions

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • At least 2 to 3 related experience in Retail / Food and Beverage industry
  • Male or Female
  • Graduate of Business / Hospitality and Restaurant / Marketing / Advertising / Management or any related course
  • Superior guest and employee relations
  • Ability to flawlessly diffuse escalated employee and guest situations
  • Ability to receive criticism and create sound action plans around guest, employee, or corporate concerns
  • Attention to detail— Appearance standards, cleanliness, employee morale, music level by day part, lighting by day part, visual appearance of restaurant/retail (if applicable), etc.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
