- Drafts, structures and reviews pertinent legal documents of the Company and other entities within the group.
- Drafts and vet contracts and agreements.
- Advises the company on updates in legal compliance laws and rules.
- Consults and handles correspondences on matters involving various legal issues.
- Provides legal expertise and support to the Company.
- Does research on applicable laws to a case under review to determine causes of
- Does research in anticipation of legal risks against the Company.
- Provides legal information on a labor and contractual agreements related issues.
- Undertakes ad hoc duties/ additional tasks and responsibilities which may arise from time to time, relevant to the post or as may be assigned by the higher management
- Assisting in due diligence processes in corporate transactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation
- Maintaining accurate and organized legal documentation
- Provide legal support and advice to company executives and business unit heads to ensure compliance with Philippine laws and government regulations.
- Negotiation, drafting, and reviewing contracts, agreement and other legal documents.
- Review and advise Management of the legal implications of internal policies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and appearances to protect the rights and interest of the company.
- Performs other related functions that may be designated by the Chief Executive Officer from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a professional license to practice law and has passed the Philippine Bar Examination
- Must have a strong background in labor relations
- Must have excellent negotiation skills.
- Must be attentive to details, analytical and persuasive.
- Must have good demeanor.

- Proven experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
