Job Description
- Install and configuring operating systems and applications
- Assist Government Relations team to set up systems or resolve issues, troubleshooting system, diagnosing, and solving error issue
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow scrum flow and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Support the roll-out of new product
- Setting up new user management and profiles and dealing with big data
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
- Monitor, test, and evaluate network
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to work in Jakarta
- Diploma/Bachelor degree from information technology background, with 0-2 years of experience as IT Support
- Possess good understanding in database fundamentals (Mysql)
- Excel in analytics the issue
- Extensive knowledge and experience in quality control
- Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman, etc.
- Highly attention to detail and able to think in logical and systematic way
- A good team player with good communication skills (verbal and written) to convey bugs and messages to other developers
- Able to work under pressure and juggle with multiple priorities
