Trading Coach (FOREX Broker)
The Trading Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing a trading course curriculum both offline and online for existing and new clients of RoboAcademy. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a combination of expertise, experience and teaching ability in the financial markets.
Job Description
Position: Trading Coach
Type: Full-time
Setup: On-Site Mondays to Fridays 9AM to 6PM
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and plan schedules for online and offline courses
- Develop comprehensive course outlines and detailed lesson plans to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Actively participate in teaching sessions through online channels, conducting classes at least twice a week.
- Conduct seminars and webinars as scheduled to provide additional support and knowledge enrichment to course participants.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s policies and make necessary adjustments to the schedule as required.
- Continuously assess and improve the course content based on feedback and performance metrics
- Monitor student progress and address any concerns or difficulties to ensure a positive learning experience
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in coaching and education.
- Create content related to product analysis such as stocks, or CFD products with a minimum of four pieces per week
Requirements
- Proven track record on coaching about the financial markets is a huge plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of forex trading platforms, tools, concepts, analyses, market trends and relevant information is a must
- Must be able to work on-site (Ortigas) Mondays to Fridays, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be confident / proficient with English and Filipino both written and oral
- Previous experience with CFD brokers is a plus
- Previous experience as a trading coach is a plus
- Exposure to the financial markets (forex, crypto, stocks, indices, stocks)
- Knowledge on trading practices, analyses, risk management, capital preservation
