Job Description
Summary
Support and develop the growth and effectiveness of our organization, working closely with leadership, managers, and employees to identify areas where the organization can improve, and they develop and implement strategies to facilitate that growth.
- To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
- To support specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g. through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and feedback process.
- To oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of HR to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
- To lead various end to end OD initiatives (Performance Management, Employee Engagement etc)
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration and other related field
- With years of relevant experience in the field of organizational development
- With advance skills in SAP - HR Organizational Development Module or other similar platforms such as Success Factor, Oracle, Darwinbox etc
- Willing to work in Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Head Office in Libis, Quezon City
