Job Description
- Manage administrative personnel such as receptionists, secretaries, and office managers, among others.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facility maintenance and office equipment upkeep.
- Manage and track budgets for administrative and facility-related expenses such as office supplies, equipment, and repairs.
- Create and implement rules and processes to guarantee successful administrative and facility management.
- Coordination with vendors and service providers for office equipment, supplies, and services.
- Maintain a safe and functional working environment by conducting regular facility inspections and maintenance checks.
- Responsible for the maintenance and custody of AC Equipment, Refrigeration System, Electrical Facilities, Water Facilities, Ventilating Equipment and Generators to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise the organization and implementation of special events, meetings, and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any related field.
- 8+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with experience in facilities management.
- Ability to prioritize and handle numerous projects at the same time.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and regulations.
