Job Description
- Ensure quantity surveying and take-off.
- Estimate construction cost at all stages of the project.
- Reconcile variation to contract values awarded.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (Civil or Sanitary) with cost estimating experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Good academic records.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to optimize costs or provide value engineering.
