• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least High School graduate, College undergraduates, and Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
