Job Description
MANAGING and BUILDING THE TEAM
- Conduct interviews to build the Operations team as necessary
- Administer tests to assure we get qualified members of our team implement Ride Revolution premium customer experience
- Perform staff evaluations quarterly
- Be a firestarter and infectious in developing a positive work environment
MANAGING THE STUDIO
- Manage studio schedules
- Properly assist customers
- Closing a sale (selling a package and/or encouraging people to ride)
- Properly input data on our POS
- Implement studio safety protocol at all times
- Collection and Filing of Health Waiver Forms
- Manage studio inventory and operating costs
- Maintain a high level of studio reporting
- Timely review and submission of all studio reports
- Act as an Operations liaison to Marketing studio initiatives
- Update and develop Operations/Studio manual pertaining to branch rules and regulations.
