Job Description
- Attain total customer service satisfaction and customer retention by providing quality services in areas of emergency and preventive maintenance, replacement of parts and meter collection;
- Ensure high level of service through quality work and interaction with users and external customers;
- Serve as productive member of the Customer Service team through active participation, cooperation and implementation of its policies, standards and programs;
- Contribute to the achievement of Department’s objective in revenue, profit, copy volume & quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in repair & troubleshooting of digital Multi-Function Products
- Strong Product knowledge on device functionalities and features
- Knowledge in connectivity for computer for both software and hardware to include networking
- Strong communication skills capable to train different level of operation and top level management
- Knowledge on different Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical tools
