The company under the name R G PALANCA CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was able to build a name in engineering and construction, thru its conceptualized planning, systematic implementation, close monitoring and personalized services for quality assurance. Since then, the company had gained continuous momentum and had undertaken several projects ranging from warehouses to residential and commercial / office buildings in Metro Manila and other cities within the Philippines. Considered the sole pillar of the company is a very dedicated managing director: ROMEO G. PALANCA, as President & General Manager is a civil engineer by profession and a graduate of the University of the East in 1982 . He was formerly associated with a private construction firm where he showed his determination and dedication to his work as a Project Engineer.
