Job Description
This is position is accountable for the following:
RF HQ Overall Sales performance & strategies
- Creates effective workflows for sales strategies & orients everyone involved for proper execution.
- Monitors performance of sales strategies & suggests points of improvement
- Monitors sales performance: overall, wholesale, retail. Makes sure that reports are accurate.
Monitoring Wholesale orders & sales
- Keeps track of planned wholesale sales orders & follows up accordingly.
- Makes sure that all scheduled sales orders are on time & on the right track. Coordinates with the appropriate people.
- Monitors monthly replenishments & checks if they're accurate and optimal. Makes sure that fast moving stocks get replenished right away as soon as it hits low stock alert
- Submits weekly recommendations for replenishments for critical stock levels
- Submits monthly recommendations for stock replenishments.
Distributor relationships & performance
- Monitors & documents Distributors performance (sales etc) + rewards program
- Schedules monthy distributor meetings & coordinates with Distributors accordingly.
- Establishes the agenda for monthly Distributor meetings in coordination with the Sales Manager. Coordinates with other depts accordingly.
- Co-heads monthly meeting with Distributors
- First contact person of Distributors for any concerns > will be coordinated with Sales Manager from then on
- Helps in conducting Distirbutor feedback
RF HQ sales team performance & wellbeing
- Assists & co-heads sales dept team meetings
Business development & expansion
- Suggests business development & expansion initiatives which can bring more value to RF.
- Assists in any admin work involved with business development & expansion.

- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent with numbers and Microsoft excel
