About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking a Junior Classified Ads Uploader to join their team. As a Junior Classified Ads Uploader, your primary responsibility will be to upload materials on the online classified ads platform. The materials are pictures, descriptions, and other item-related specifications of the inventory units from the partner dealerships’ websites. You will also be responsible for performing basic data entry tasks to ensure accurate and complete information.

Responsibilities:

• Upload pictures, descriptions, and specifications of various items of different dealership inventories to the platform
• Ensure all information is accurately entered and meets the required standards
• Perform basic data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Review and update listings as necessary to reflect changes or corrections
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient uploading of classified ads
• Maintain confidentiality of classified ad information
• Liaise with the BDM to raise matters such as incomplete inventories, pending queries or any outstanding items that the partner dealers need to attend to

• Relevant experience in a related or similar role managing online listings in marketplaces, classified ads, and other eCommerce platforms
• Ability to uphold both speed and accuracy while working on item postings
• Must possess excellent attention to detail
• Must be proficient in computer operations, including file management, data entry, and internet navigation
• Competencies in image editing (basic or intermediate) will come in handy
• Should have a good command of the English language
• Must be self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
