Job Description
As our Aesthetician Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin procedures and providing training to new aestheticians on Remedy's procedures and SOPs. You will report directly to the Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergo training for all our facials, treatments, and products
- Perform facials, body and laser treatments on our patients
- Train all new aestheticians on our services and SOPs
- Ensure our aestheticians are up to date and undergo regular training
- Develop and update training modules for the staff
- Treat our patients with top-grade customer service and provide them detailed medicine instruction after procedures
- Ensure all equipment are well-maintained and used in the right manner
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an aesthetician or facialist
- Highly skilled in facial procedures (pricking, pimple injections, etc)
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Desire to learn and grow their skills
- Willing to work on a 6 days a week schedule
- Willing to visit Remedy clinic branches at BGC and QC
