Job Description
As Remedy's People and Business Operations Intern, you will support the Executive Team in all aspects of People, HR, and Business Operations.
Your objective is to help us build the culture that allows Remedy to attract and retain the best talent in the country.
You will be trained in the role on everything you need to know in HR.
Some aspects of the role include:
People Operations: You will help us build out our People Operations and HR function including onboarding, performance management, HRIS, the selection and implementation of HR tools so that we build the culture and organization that allows Remedy to achieve its mission and vision.
Recruitment: You will manage the end-to-end process of recruitment by using the Kalibrr platform (and others) by creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, scheduling candidates and preparing job offers for full-time, part-time, contract, and intern staff that will be working in the clinic and remotely.
Business Operations: Supporting the business and finance teams with regards to payroll, AP, AR, purchasing and managing government benefits/contributions. Administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Open to seniors, graduating seniors and upcoming graduates
- Intern to full time employment opportunity
- You're passionate about people, operations, human resources, psychology, human behavior and human performance
- You're interested in the beauty and skin industry is something you spend a lot of time or money on
- You're interested in health and wellness
- You're analytic, an eager problem solver and no task is every too small or too big
- You are detail oriented and extremely well organized and have amazing planning skills
- You have excellent English communication and presentation skills
- You're comfortable using software and learning new software quickly
