Job Description
Our Business Development Manager is responsible for the pursuit of opportunities for the business’ long-term growth from clientele, markets, and relationships, through effective sales and marketing initiatives and relationship management. He/She is expected to develop a growth and retention strategy centered on customer satisfaction and achieving the best possible value for our clients.
- Responsible for lead generation and acquisition of clients and continuously identifying and assessing the IT security needs of the market
- Responsible for client relationship management and ensuring client satisfaction in the delivery of services
Minimum Qualifications
- Sales and marketing experience in IT solutions or services
- Strong and successful partnerships with key IT executives across industries
- Keen interest in IT security and enthusiasm for learning
- Ability to adapt to different technology landscapes and environments
