Job Description
- Handles end to end recruitment of IT Professionals.
- Spirces qualified IT professionals/experts from entry level to senior/managerial roles.
- Sources, recruits, and profiles IT professionals for Development, QA/Software Testing, Business Analysis and Project management, Infrastructure and other Support and Back-Office roles (Consultancy and Direct/Placement Engagements).
- Supports IT/Technical Hiring Requirements of RCG's US Clients.
- Handles strategic recruitment using various sourcing channels
- Performs real-time endorsement and client management.
- Performs real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring.
- Ensures effective Client and Candidate Management.
- Conducts Job offer/Salary Negotiation.
- Handles Talent Acquisition and Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably 6 Yrs Experienced Employees specialising in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources, Technical Recruiting or IT Recruiting.
- Required skill(s): Technical Recruitment, It Recruitment.
- End to End recruitment experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Working schedule: Dayshift/ Midshift.
