Data Analyst  

What you’ll do:
1. Data Analysis

• Tackle more open-ended questions, leveraging their knowledge of advanced statistics and algorithms
• Bring new approach and perspective to data, raising new questions and creating sophisticated analytical models to derive new insights from data
• Exhibit domain knowledge in order to provide in-depth analysis, to derive accurate predictions, to recommend actionable insights, and to present insights in a way that is understandable by business stakeholders

2. Data Management & Administration

• Process data requests.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Implements the data-mining tool request within SLA with RareJob, Inc. counterpart.
• Development of machine learning models, enriched with programming, to make predictions and ensure operational efficiency

3. Project Management

• Fulfills the expected role in a Project Team.
• Fulfills the project deliverables within the Service Level Agreement.

What we’d like you to have:

• Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related
• Required Skills: analytical skills, data communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to details
• Knowledge in Statistical Techniques, Data Analytics Methods and Algorithms, Research Methods, Domain Knowledge, Data Governance, Data Visualization and Data Engineering
• Basic knowledge in R programming and SQL database
• Advanced Excel skills

Not required, but very useful:

• Six Sigma Certificate (Lean)
• Statistics
• Python
• PowerBI

Note: Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
