About the Role
The Regional Manager’s role is to make sure that our current serviceable locations are always running smoothly and our customers are continuously delighted everyday by our fast and reliable service, at the best possible cost.
This person also leads our aggressive expansion so that we as a company can continuously open up new areas to service buyers and sellers around the country.
This person works closely with our hub operations, our riders and customer service to deliver the best experience!
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for monitoring, analysis, and operational efficiencies of the assigned region. As such shall:
- Require the necessary report analysis from the Hub Supervisors under his region.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports
- Provide a macro analysis of the region for NCR
- Supervise and manage the entire regional hub operations
- Prepare operation forecast and budgets, monitor pick-up and delivery volume, cost against forecast and adapt plans to improve the operational targets in his region
- Must be well versed on all operational policies and guidelines set by the company
- Authorized to assign or delegate key roles and tasks to any member of the team who can help in carrying out overall operational responsibilities
- In close coordination with the hub supervisors must see to it that there are checks and controls on how functions are delegated to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Supervise and train hub supervisor in analysis and strategy formulation to achieve efficiency targets
- Provide constant feedback to hub supervisors in areas of concern and improvement
- Provide reports and analysis to the operational backroom units. Coordinate with all departments to ensure data integrity and analytics studies
- Develop, recommend and implement regional strategy that will improve the organization’s competitive position.
- Leads the hub supervisors and the operational planning activities that will provide new opportunities and results in increase market share, high volume and operational efficiency for the region
- Ensure that respective region/s receives satisfactory standards of service in terms of the following areas:
- Pick-up efficiency
- Delivery efficiency
- Warehouse/Hub Standards
- Customer Service
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide timely information to Finance and Accounting
- Ensure the hub operations comply with regulatory standards which include but not limited to monitoring of contracts, lease and negotiating extensions. Ensuring that completion of registration requirements, permits and licenses will be timely and complete
- Approval of Hub Supervisors VL/SL requests
- Cancellation or reschedule of approved leaves to address operational concerns
- Approval of all requests made by the hub supervisors provided said requests are within the specified limits of the team such as repairs, supplies, materials, etc.
- Final approval of all petty cash before submission to finance
- Continuously seek ways and means that will either improve efficiency or minimize operational costs, based on operations and industry data and its presumed impact

The QuadX Operations team is composed of Business Operations, Process Excellence, Rider Management, Partner Management, Network Expansion, On-Demand, and Data Strategy. We in the Operations Team always want to deliver the last smile to our customer through excellent execution of pick-ups and deliveries nationwide. Minimum Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- At least two (2) years of service experience as a Hub Supervisor (Internal)
- At least three (3) years experience in related field skills (External)
- Excellent in quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of business and management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills; goal oriented
- Innovative problem solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, patient and risk taker who is open to new ideas
- Direct communicate with and motivate subordinates to high performance
- Strategically delegate duties and responsibilities for best results
- Set and monitors performance standards within the team
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be relocated and assigned in different areas
- Willing to extend and render overtime due to operational requirement
