Job Description

What's the general objective of the role?

Responsible for performing project and data management, monitoring, and administrative support activities to the operations team

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Monitor projects received by the team. Must be familiar with every aspect/milestone of the project including scope of task, timeline, project stage and status, issue or pending items, and audit/sign off results
  • Create and maintain project plans or trackers and provide routine and timely status updates to the management
  • Perform follow-ups and set up reminders to assist team members in meeting the deliverable due dates
  • Participates in client call/discussion and prepare minutes of the meeting
  • Monitor the task and ticket status in the client's Project Management tool, making sure it is updated timely
  • Assist the team and supervisor in administrative tasks, script-based testing, and simple work order requests

Minimum Qualifications

What are the ideal requirements?

  • At least a year of relevant experience in project management/coordination and data management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to accurately manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional English conversational and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and self-directedness
