Ultra Voucher is now looking for E-Commerce Business Development to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Sales & Business Development department.
E-Commerce Business Development responsibilities include managing internal & external E-Commerce business process, such as control financial transaction & administration, supply goods and services, analyze & execute campaign, and maintain customer relationship. To be successful in this role, you should have solid analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Plan, analyze, & execute supply and demand management, not limited to delivery process
- Conduct research to analyze market trends and potential marketplace
- Plan & execute campaign booster
- Maintain aftersales, related to customer happiness
- Manage daily business activities
Minimum Qualifications

Min. 1 year work experience as Business Development/Relationsip Management, experience in E-Commerce industry would be a plus

Knowledge in E-Commerce business process

Knowledge in effective digital marketing

Effective time management, related to shipping & customer happiness
