Job Description
- Assisting HR Communication and Engagement Specialist in implementing effective internal communication & Culture strategies
- Assisting HR communication and Engagement Specialist in Implementing Employee Branding
- Act as a communication person by promoting the importance of communication using chosen culture as tools
- Plan and deploy the Employer Identity strategy both internally and externally
- Create and implement yearly plan that supports the Employee Identity strategy (concepts, writing, editing, coordinate campaigns)
- Design, Create, and Develop HR communication material template and collaterals
- Maintain and Feeding social media for employee branding
- Liaise for culture communication, Culture videos, Websites design and collaterals
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English, Both oral and written
- Min of 3 years of relevant experience in social marketing
- Advance knowledge of all social media platform (Facebook ads, Google ad words, Instagram, etc)
- 3 years of experience building social presence for a consumer brand
- Successful track record of building strong social momentum
- Experience in story based reporting, on paper or in person.
- Experienced and interested in basic image and video editing
- Graphic design experience
