Responsibilities
- Led the project team in planning, initiating, executing, and closing to ensure the target is achieved in terms of Scope of Work, Timeline, and budget.
- Planning, documenting, and reporting project plans.
- Effectively communicate using formal disciplined communication as well as informal communication to stakeholders (especially in Government Projects) to help the project meet its goals.
- Coordinate and communicate project tasks within the cross-functional IT organization.
- Mentor other members of the team in project management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably have experience in handling Government Projects.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Familiarity with programming, Windows, Web Development, and Android Development
- Having strong knowledge in at least one of the Scrum methodologies, Agile, SDLC
