Job Description
- Support daily operation for monitoring tools & asset management tools
- Support daily operation for integration with third party system
- Support automation platform
- Consultancy for service inquiry
- Develope and maintain dashboard
- Develope tools as per project requirement
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong skill level in programming skills (Shell, Python/Java programming for automation purpose, C/C++, C#, My SQL)
- Monitoring softwares: Netcool, ITM, APM or other similar products in the market (SolarWinds, CA, Manage Engine, BMC, etc)
- Proficient in using Grafana and ELK.
- Adv Operating System skills: Windows, Linux, Unix variants (Solaris, HP-UX) will be added point.
- Have experience using Ansible, Openshift and Cloud implementation will be added point.
- Having interest in programming
- Having good communication in English, both verbal & written.
- Willing to work at client's site
