Job Description
- Direct and manage end-to-end process of the project and the team
- Interpret business documents and develop use cases for development team
- Analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Scheduling project milestone, management and delegation of the project task
- Manage project timeline, budget and status to ensure the project is on-track
- Approve key designs and propose solution designs and implementations
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, raising and resolving problems, publish progress reports and recommending actions
- Work closely with all stakeholders, components and resources in development process
- Ensure project issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved
- Analyze risks and adjusts project plans based accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering from top university
- Minimum 10+ years of Oracle business systems analysis in end to end delivery of projects experience. Preferable to have medical device or life sciences industry
- Have strong production, operations or systems manufacturing experience
- Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate business needs into small developments and prioritize them according to business value
- A very good expertise in the area of Supply Chain and Manufacturing is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Management, Quality Management integration and exposure to extended warehouse management will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, proactive and proven high-level organization and time management skills
- Aware ERP Process Manufacturing (SAP/Oracle) (preferred)
- Expert of Quality Management System (EDMS, LIMS, LES)
