Job Description

Set standard SOP;
Train and supervising the staffs;
Keep the restaurant to the standard of cleaniness and hygiences;
Arranging the shifts;
Mantainence all facilties of the resturant;
Stocklist inventory and liase with suppliers;
Report and record daily sales.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of working experience in Japanese Restaurant as a Manager
Speak Japanese or English Fluently
